Shipping policy

 

~ Our current TAT (Turn Around Time) is  10- 15 business days  . This means your order will SHIP in 10-15 business days  excluding weekends and holidays . unless rush is pruchased 

~ MULTIPLE ORDERS - You can NOT combine orders. If you place multiple orders you will be paying for shipping for each order.

Shipping is based of weight. We cannot estimate how much it would cost to ship to you until your address is in our system and it generates your shipping rate. Some items are way heavier than they appear 

 

~ Once USPS accepts the order we have zero control over the package or when it’s delivered. Typical delivery times are 3-7 days depending on where you live. All packages ship from Louisiana!

~ If your package says delivered but you do not have it please contact your local post office and file a missing package claim. we are not responsible for lost packages

- INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - 

Please allow additional time for your purchase to clear your country's customs. Your order may be subject to additional taxes and/or customs charges imposed by your country's customs office.

I am not registered to collect VAT, GST or any other taxes or fees on behalf of your country’s tax or customs authorities. If taxes or fees are owed to your government, you will be responsible for paying them when you receive your order.

**For UK buyers: Please be aware that your country's customs office may charge you a VAT fee. There is also an £8 handling fee from the UK post office. VAT and Royal Mail handling charges are not included in the price of your item and may be shown as additional shipping fees on your Royal Mail receipt."

If packages have returned to certain due to incorrect address or failure to update your address or notify me of it you will be sent a shippping invoice to cover the new shipping charge. International buyers refusing to pay vat ad custom taxes does not mean i will refund at all. you are responsbile for those fees
